Refund and Returns Policy
At Rift & Ritual, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our coffee. Each bag is roasted with care and packaged to ensure you receive the best experience possible. We want you to enjoy every sip, but we also understand that issues may arise.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are dissatisfied with the quality, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@rarcoffee.com. Our team will gladly review your concern and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
A replacement order
Store credit
A full or partial refund (depending on the situation)
For branded merchandise (mugs, apparel, accessories, etc.), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Once your refund or replacement is approved, we will process it within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that bank or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After roasting or shipping has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
